Official Terms & Conditions
1. Sponsor / Organizer
The Garden Glow-Up Contest (the “Contest”) is organized and administered by Patio Gardens (the “Organizer”), located in British Columbia, Canada.
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on April 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM (PT) and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM (PT) (the “Contest Period”). Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of British Columbia, Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, participants must:
1- Follow Patio Gardens on Instagram and/or Facebook
2- Submit one (1) entry consisting of:
One (1) “before” photo, and
One (1) “after” photo
of the same outdoor space.

Limit of one (1) entry per household during the Contest Period.
Incomplete or illegible entries may be disqualified.
5. Entry Requirements
By entering, participants agree that:
*Photos must be original and taken by the entrant. Any images altered with AI tools will be disqualified.
*The entrant must have permission from any property owner shown.
*Photos must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content.
*The transformation must be completed during the Contest Period or shortly prior
*The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements.
6. Prize
There is one (1) Grand Prize available, consisting of:
*Bistro set (table and 2 chairs)
*Set of three (3) pots
*Storelite water feature
*9-foot umbrella and base
*$500 Patio Gardens gift card
Total approximate retail value: $1500 CAD+ including tax.
Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash substitutions. No exchanges. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by the Organizer based on the following criteria:
*Overall transformation
*Creativity
*Visual impact
This is a skill-based contest.
The selected entrant may be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question to be declared the official winner, in accordance with Canadian law.
It is at the sole discretion of the organizer to determine the winner. All decisions made by the judge(s) are final and not subject to appeal.
8. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of the Contest closing.
If the selected entrant cannot be reached within 5 days, or fails to meet eligibility requirement, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
9. Publicity & Use of Entries
By entering the Contest, participants:
*Grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use submitted photos for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes (including social media, website, and print)
*Agree that their name and/or social media handle may be used in connection with the Contest without additional compensation
10. Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liability arising from:

Acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize
11. General Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to:
*Cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if necessary
*Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.
13. Platform Disclaimer
This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
